December 2001	Contracts
	3 Tier Systems is proud to announce that it has won the contract to develop the website for Queensway Primary School. 3 Tier Systems will be deploying its content management system so that teachers can manage their our web site.

December 2001	Contracts
	3 Tier Systems is proud to announce that it has won the contract to develop both Tanghall primary school and the York University for Children's website. 3 Tier Systems will be providing state of the art content management software that allows teachers to automatically update their site with the latest course materials.

October 2001	Contracts
	3 Tier Systems is delighted to reveal that it has won the contract to develop 8 online courses for Learn Direct. 3 Tier Systems will be providing state of the art technology through EAGLE that allows course materials to contain real interactive web applications. 1st September 2001	Staff Appointments
	Laura Slater is a very extremely talented graphic designer who we are delighted to announce is joining our Graphic Design team. Laura will aid production of our educational products and be responsible for illustrative designs at 3 Tier Systems.

	Paul Crosby joins us from Northumbria University on a year long placement. He will be joining the elite within the programming team at 3 Tier Systems.

9th April 2001.	Award
	3 Tier Systems celebrated in style when it won the Shell Live Wire 'Innovation in Technology' award and runners up for the 'Best North East 2001 Start-up Business'. A very successful evening!

10th May 2001.	Charity Work
	3 Tier Systems donates money to the Foresters' fund for Children. With Patrons including Sir Michael Caine CBE, Esther Rantzen OBE, and Virginia Bottomley J.P M.P., The Foresters' Fund aims to safeguard the health and alleviate the phyical or mental stress incurred by sexual abuse, neglect, bullying and cruelty of children.

22nd March 2001	Product Launch
	Product launch at the Education Show 2001 at the Birmingham NEC: After months of development work, 3 Tier Systems launched three new products to teachers and educationalists. A great deal of interest was shown in our ability to produce web based software solutions. Head teachers and software companies engaged our services in a variety of projects.
